Terms, subscription and right of withdrawal
Version 2026-07-18. Read and retain this information before purchase. Your account lets you manage your plan, documents, support, cancellation and — where applicable — online withdrawal.
1. Provider and contact details
My Diet Plan is provided by Daniele Gabrovec, Italian VAT number 02957880301, email info@nutrizionistagabrovec.it. General information and complaints can be sent through Contact; requests about your contract, payment or account should preferably use Support in your account, which retains the conversation history.
2. Service and distinction from clinical care
My Diet Plan is self-directed personal software for organizing nutrition, training, logs, measurements and progress. It does not include an appointment, prescription or clinical monitoring by Dr Gabrovec. MyDiet, used for professional nutrition care, is a separate service.
3. Free trial, prices and contract formation
The complete trial lasts 7 days, requires no card and creates no automatic charge. After the trial, you may choose Premium Monthly at €9.99 per month or Premium Yearly at €59.99 per year. A paid contract is formed only when you choose a plan and confirm payment through Stripe. The plan, price, billing interval and automatic renewal are shown before confirmation.
4. Renewal, plan changes and cancellation
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled. From your account you can change plan, update your payment method and cancel renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges and normally keeps access active through the paid period. It is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal below.
5. Statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days
For online contracts, consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days of contract formation without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. During that period, your account shows a dedicated withdrawal action: confirm your name, contract and email, then submit. The system records the date and time and promptly emails a receipt. You may also send an unequivocal statement through Support or the contact details above, but the online action is the recommended traceable route.
6. Immediate performance, refunds and service already supplied
At purchase you may expressly request immediate service. If you later withdraw, an amount proportionate to service supplied before notification may be due where allowed by law. Refunds due are processed without undue delay and within statutory deadlines, normally to the original payment method. Your account and receipt show their processing status. Partial use alone is not presented as automatic waiver of withdrawal rights.
7. Invoices, receipts and payments
Stripe processes payments. Tax details are requested to identify billing documents correctly. Available invoices and receipts can be viewed and downloaded from your account; report issues through Support. Administrative workflows cover issuance, credit notes, refunds and reconciliation.
8. Account, data and availability
Your account synchronizes profile, plans, training, measurements and logs between devices. You can update or export data and request account deletion from your account. Tax documents and records that must be kept by law may be retained or anonymized as necessary. Maintenance, security work or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability; reports are handled through Support.
9. Proper use, conformity and liability
The service must match its description and work to standards reasonably expected of a digital service. If there is a defect, contact Support for restoration, correction or other statutory remedies. You must protect your credentials and must not use the app unlawfully, transfer your account or interfere with system security or availability. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Health notice and adult users
My Diet Plan is intended for adults for fitness, personal organization and education. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a doctor or qualified nutrition professional. Before changing nutrition or training — especially with medical conditions, pregnancy, medication or symptoms — consult an appropriately qualified professional. Contact emergency services in an emergency.
11. Licence and intellectual property
My Diet Plan is proprietary commercial software. Its software, interface, icons, algorithms and trademarks are protected. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Copying, decompiling, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works is prohibited except where mandatory law permits it or written authorization is given.
